Can bronzing powder replace loose powder?

I want to know the sequence.





Is my concept correct?





1) Moisturiser


2) Cream foundation


3) Bronzing powder ALL OVER MY FACE AND NECK (To create a tanned facial tone?)


4) Re-apply on cheeks and forehead for a more SUN-KISSED look?


5) Eyes %26amp; Lips makeup





OR I need to put on CREAM foundation, then LOOSE powder, then BRONZER?





I am new to makeup, please advise me on this. Thank you.

you need to put loose powder on before bronzing powder. Don't put bronzing powder all over your face and neck-just on cheeks and a little on forehead.
