ssBronzing powder...PLEASE help?
Hopefully it came with a powder type brush and not a sponge. To use it corrrectly, lightly dust it around the top of your cheek bones, around the temples and very, very lightly around your jaw line.
Don't put too much on or you can end up looking like you have a dirty face. lol What I do is get a big fat brush. Put a small amount of the powder on your brush, tap off the excess. Now put it on your face where the sun would naturally hit it if you had a tan. Forehead,Nose,Cheeks etc. Put it on in small increments until your satisfied with the way it looks. Less is more with bronzers.
It's best to use on the nose, at the top of the forehead, on cheek bones and along the chin line.
I am not sure what you are using, but powders are only supposed to be used in areas where the sun might kiss you Like, the apple of your cheeks, right at your chin, and a little on the bridge of your nose. Not too much though. If you are talking about a self tanner, then you are supposed to put it all over, but you got a color that was wrong for you.
you only brush it on where the sun hits your face the most at...cheeks, the bridge of your nose, forehead, chin. don't use too much.
i use a big brush for mine.

even though you're a yankees fan, i'll help you out. :)

GO SOX. %26lt;3
i suggest you dont use it... 2 of my friends used a spray-powdery -thing, and they turned orange...

they used too much. only use a little!
you use it like a foundation powder thingy. Maybe the color you got is too dark?? And the brand matters too...use the lightest one from Victoria's Secret. It works, and it's cheap.
Truthfully I am not a Merle Norman fan but here goes you should be brushing it on with a powder brush but the biggest problem is it may just be too dark or range for your skin color that happens all the time, it used to happen to me as well until I found a truly remarkable company on line BEE LUSCIOUS COSMETICS , their Safari Bronzer's are so perfect, I use the color CONGO now int he summer it looks dark but its magical because one sweep of the brush and sun kissed color any where you brush, there is no shocking color contrast and its shimmery so it just makes you glow healthy and naturally pretty. I have gotten so many compliments since I started using their products Ii am hooked. anyway maybe give it a look and try
